POSITION: Accessories Senior Specialist
LOCATION: Mahwah

RECRUITMENT SALARY RANGE: $95,000 - $119,000*

Reporting to the Cross Car-line & Accessories Manager, you will work in coordination with the House of Brands Teams to oversee the vehicle accessories product portfolio within the United States for Jaguar and Land Rover brands.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

In this role, no two tasks are the same. With lots of projects and relationships to build with people across the business and beyond, it’s a challenge that will help your career grow within an iconic organization. Here’s what to expect:

  • End to end lead of Port Installed and Dealer Installed accessory programs
  • Manage inventory demand, supply chain, and PDC and port inventory
  • Ensure all documentation of accessories is managed timely and customer focused
  • Drive efficiency in in accessories business
  • Maintain high level of communication between key stakeholders
  • Lead subject matter expert for field in assessing opportunities for growth at the retailer level
  • Compile data and prepare reports and slide decks for varying presentation forums
  • Provide comprehensive reports with accurate and clear data to key stakeholders.
  • Be the expert of the industry. Study competitor new product introductions.
  • Assess Market Research to understand customer needs and commercial opportunities
  • Perform other duties as required

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Along with your ambition to achieve the exceptional, there are several skills that you’ll need to have to help you succeed here, including:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5+ years inventory / supply chain management experience
  • 5+ years business planning experience
  • 5+ years accessories/aftermarket experience
  • MS Office (especially MS Excel and PowerPoint)
  • 5+ years project management experience
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Strong analytical skills

Schedule:Hybrid Ways of Working (3 office days, 2 choice days)

*Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized components, including location, skills, experience, and market factors. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus in addition to a full range of medical/health, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick/personal, and parental leave).
