Job summary

Kisselback Ford in Florida is seeking an Accessories & Up-Fit Installer to join our team. The role focuses on installing aftermarket accessories and vehicle up-fits with emphasis on quality and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has hands-on installation experience, strong knowledge of suspension and alignments, and proficiency with Maverick TCMW Tire Machines and SmartWeight Elite Wheel Balancers. Team-oriented and dependable individuals are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with automotive accessory and up-fit installations.
• Strong knowledge of suspension systems and alignments.
• Experience performing quality installations with attention to detail.
• Solid working knowledge of Maverick TCMW Tire Machines.

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Kisselback Ford is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Accessories & Up-Fit Installer to join our team!

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and has hands-on experience installing aftermarket accessories and vehicle up-fits.

• Ability to identify the problem quickly
• Good knowledge of automobiles
• Effective analytical and communication skills
• Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
• Ability to learn new technologies and stay up to date on training
• Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• High School Diploma or GED
• Technical degree preferred
• ASE certifications preferred
• Minimum of 1 year in service department
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
