Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 2–4 years in logistics, science, tech, clinical or regulated industry
• Associates degree with 1+ years in logistics, science, tech, clinical or regulated industry
• Bachelor’s degree in biological or life sciences

Responsibilities

• Receive and record delivery of patient samples
• Unpack and verify contents and condition of received samples
• Sign off on all received specimens and ensure logs match
• Perform data entry into the CRM and assign IDs to samples
• Route samples into the appropriate workflow and alert downstream staff
• Maintain required documentation, labeling, and preparation of forms
• Maintain specimen identification and integrity throughout accessioning
• Ensure compliance with GDP, CLIA, CAP, and state regulations
• Address inquiries and escalate issues as needed
• Assist with schedule changes including occasional weekends or off-hours
