Reporting to the Director of Accessibility Services, the Accessibility Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating disability accommodations and support services for students with disabilities in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Sections 504 and 508 of the Rehabilitation Act. This position works collaboratively with students, faculty, staff, and external partners to ensure equitable access to educational opportunities and to promote inclusive learning environments across the institution.
The Accessibility Services Coordinator provides case management and accommodation support services for students with disabilities, including determining eligibility, reviewing documentation, authorizing accommodations, maintaining confidential student records, and supporting student retention and persistence. The position also serves as a resource to faculty and staff regarding disability accommodations, universal design principles, accessibility practices, and disability-related support services.
The Coordinator is expected to demonstrate strong customer service, communication, problem-solving, and crisis management skills while maintaining professionalism, discretion, flexibility, and confidentiality. This position advocates for inclusive practices and supports the institution’s commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and student success.

Salary Range: Anticipated salary range is $57,129.08- $64,698.44 annually. This salary is determined by the qualifications of the selected candidate balanced with departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information.
