Job summary

Cathay Bank seeks an Access Security Administration (ASA) Analyst to support employees and contractors with secure access to Windows AD, applications, and network resources.

You will respond to security inquiries, provision user access, and manage tickets while following IT policies and service levels. A Bachelor’s in CS or related field is preferred, with at least 2 years in banking security. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of security support experience in a banking environment preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; customer service oriented.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Create and delete user security account IDs for all Bank supported systems and applications.
• Assign and modify user entitlements per approved access requests.
• Troubleshoot user security issues and assist users with password resets.
• Create and track access security related tickets to document tasks.
• Support and coordinate with other IT areas to assist users with security requirements.
• Adhere to Access Security Administration, IT, and Information Security policies.
