Summary
Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is a field-based role that provides in-person (or virtual as needed) education to defined accounts within their assigned geographies on access and reimbursement topics, supporting the product strategy.
ARM serves as the key contact for access and reimbursement support, specializing in payer policy, billing, claims processing, and integrating support programs into account workflows. The role requires problem-solving, analysis, and proactive communication about healthcare landscape changes.
The ARM partners with other Novartis field teams, including Customer Engagement and Market Access, and coordinates cross-functionally within NPC, including Patient Support Center, Marketing, Public Affairs, and third-party affiliates.
This remote and field-based role covers Orlando, FL, Jacksonville, FL, Gainesville, FL, and Ocala, FL. Candidates must reside within the territory or within 60 miles of its border.
The pay range is $138,600 to $257,400 annually, with potential bonuses and benefits. The role requires successful completion of initial training and a valid driver’s license, as driving is an essential function.
