Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) – Los Angeles, CA - Remote

Join Novartis as an Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM), a field-based role providing education and support on access and reimbursement topics within assigned geographies, supporting product strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support patient access by educating providers and staff within assigned accounts.
  • Collaborate with office staff and healthcare providers to facilitate product access.
  • Analyze reimbursement issues, support payer policy questions, and identify trends to improve patient pull-through.
  • Support local coverage decisions and communicate policy changes.
  • Manage and support patient assistance programs, including Co-pay support.
  • Maintain expertise in regional access landscapes and act as reimbursement expert for assigned products.
  • Coordinate with Patient Support Center and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and share insights.
  • Ensure compliance with privacy laws and company policies.
  • Report adverse events as per company procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 3-5 years’ experience in reimbursement, managed care, or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Experience with specialty pharmacy, coding, billing, and complex accounts.
  • Knowledge of CMS policies, Medicare Parts B & D, and payer sectors.
  • Ability to travel approximately 50%, reside within or near the territory (Los Angeles, CA).

Additional Information: Salary range $138,600 - $257,400, with benefits including bonus and stock options. Must have a valid driver’s license. Novartis offers equal opportunity employment and accommodations for disabilities.
