Job summary

Peraton is seeking an Access Management Analyst to support the Global Service Center, handling access requests for Military Health System applications. You will work with DHA and internal teams to research issues, document actions, and ensure compliance with security procedures.

The role requires DoD clearance eligibility, Active Directory/Azure AD experience, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site position in San Antonio, TX with a potential for overtime and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Requires High School level plus some advanced training.
• 4-5 years of experience in a related role.
• Ability to obtain a DoD security clearance (ADP II Public Trust).
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory or Azure AD.
• Security+ certification.

Responsibilities

• Review inbound DD2875 access requests for accuracy and obtain the appropriate Government approvals.
• Document all activities in the DHA ServiceNow system for full accountability.
• Coordinate with customers across the MHS to capture missing information and provide guidance.
• Coordinate with DHA Cybersecurity to follow security procedures for new/modified accounts.
• Track inbound requests using ServiceNow and report backlogs to the Access Management Lead.
• Document processes for different access models to support various systems.
• Other activities assigned by the Access Management Lead.
