Qualifications
Access Coordinator II
  • High School or GED + 2 years customer service/healthcare experience
  • Good communication, basic computer skills, excellent telephone etiquette, knowledge of office machines
Preferred: Knowledge of medical terminology within 3 months of hire
Access Coordinator III
  • High School Diploma/GED + 3 years registration, billing, or scheduling experience
  • Good communication, computer, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology
Preferred: CHAA Certification
Additional Responsibilities

Include scheduling, insurance verification, patient interaction, financial counseling, and documentation, with physical activity requirements and environment details outlined.

Salary
  • Coordinator II: $15.26/hr
  • Coordinator III: $16.33/hr
