Job summary

Amery Hospital & Clinic is seeking an Access Coordinator to manage EPIC clinic templates for Primary and Specialty Care. You will ensure provider needs align with scheduling guidelines and coordinate template updates with clinic staff and Call Center.

This role supports the hospital's mission and objectives. Ideal candidates will have hospital/clinic experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with medical terminology.

Qualifications

  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

Work Schedule
  • 1.0 FTE/40 hours per week
  • Monday-Friday day hours
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent.
  • Minimum two years experience in a hospital or medical clinic setting or equivalent.
  • Experience in a customer service setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Experience with Microsoft products, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Completion of position-related 2-year program, such as Medical Administrative Specialist or Medical Office Specialist.
  • Experience in EPIC computer system.
