Job summary

Intrepid Acquisition Holdings, LLC is seeking an Access Control Specialist in McLean, VA. You will provide administrative security services, issue badges, and manage access to restricted areas for employees and visitors.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, at least six months of access control experience, and basic MS Office skills. Active TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Six (6) months of recent access control experience.
• Basic computer skills including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, and Lotus Notes.

Responsibilities

• Creates and issues badges.
• Grants and removes access to restricted areas.
• Responds via email to customer's questions and inquiries.
• Coordinates with other agencies on various issues.
• Takes photos for various requirements.
• Performs conference coordination at customer request.
• Interacts with compound security on possible security issues to help develop security policies and/or procedures.
• Oversees parking requirements.
• Implements and maintains Excel spreadsheets.
