Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring access control activities per policies.
• Contribute to process improvements and suggest enhancements.
• Engage in structured training sessions and on-the-job learning.
• Learn to interpret and enforce access control policies.
• Configure access control parameters and troubleshoot under supervision.
• Generate reports and analyze data to identify trends and risks.
• Provide courteous assistance to employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Respond promptly to access-related requests and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and other departments.
• Stay updated on best practices and emerging technologies.
• Other duties as assigned.
