Job summary
Amentum is seeking a vigilant Access Control Specialist to protect sensitive facilities in the Salt Lake City area. You will monitor and control access, enforce security protocols, and provide courteous service to employees and visitors while operating within a 24/7 environment.
This role requires TS/SCI with Poly, a valid driver’s license, US citizenship, and the ability to work shifts including weekends. High school diploma or GED is required.
Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with Poly required.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Must live within 75 miles of Salt Lake City, UT.
- Fluency in English (read, speak, understand).
- Valid state driver’s license in good standing.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and control the access of employees and visitors in restricted areas.
- Ensure prohibited and restricted items do not enter or leave the building.
- Diligently monitor your restricted area.
- Provide excellent customer service to all employees and visitors.
- Remain alert and aware of surroundings.
- Exhibit excellent communication in every interaction.
- Ensure attention to detail.
- Work independently during scheduled shifts.
- Adapt to change in high-volume, fast-paced and slow-paced environments.
