Job summary

Chenega Naswik International, LLC is seeking a professional Access Control Officer to support access control and security screening operations at FBI facilities. You will control facility access, conduct inspections, assist visitors, and ensure compliance with security procedures to protect personnel, facilities, and assets.

The role emphasizes dependable security performance, strong communication, and customer service, with shifts Friday-Saturday overnights 11pm-7am and Sunday 3pm-11pm.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must possess and maintain a valid state driver's license.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States as per federal law.

Responsibilities

• Perform access control screening functions for employees, visitors, and authorized personnel.
• Control access to buildings, facilities, and property according to procedures.
• Carry out general and special orders for assigned areas.
• Conduct interior and exterior facility security inspections as directed.
• Protect government property, equipment, and materials.
• Communicate effectively via radio, telephone, and in-person interactions.
• Escort visitors, contractors, and government personnel as required.
• Meet, greet, and interact professionally with employees, VIPs, visitors, and the public.
• Maintain composure and professionalism during stressful or emergency situations.
• Assist medical personnel, fire departments, law enforcement personnel, and other responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, concise, accurate, and detailed reports and documentation.
• Read, understand, and apply printed rules, orders, instructions, and training materials.
• Work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call assignments as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
