Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Credential Lifecycle in Honolulu, HI. You will safeguard clients across logistics and distribution sites, manage access control, verify credentials, and maintain entry records while delivering strong customer service and clear communication.

The role is full-time with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour and a daytime schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Allied Universal offers a supportive team environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with access control or badge systems preferred.
• Guard Card/License preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law; compliant with applicable laws.
• Drug screen required as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and maintain entry/exit records.
• Control access for employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel as required.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access areas, loading docks, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
