Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a full-time security professional in Kansas City to provide customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications location while enforcing site-specific access control procedures. You will monitor points of entry, verify credentials, and respond to incidents as needed.

Responsibilities include conducting patrols, maintaining visitor logs, and generating detailed reports.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law
• Drug screen required by law
• Licensing requirements may be required
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, and report access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation for access-control events and incidents.
