Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Truck Gate Access Control in Litchfield Park, AZ. You will safeguard clients at a logistics site, manage entry points, verify access, monitor activity, and maintain a strong presence to deter incidents.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, clear communication, and teamwork to support site operations. This is a full-time night shift position with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigations in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients at a logistics and distribution location by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, document visitor and contractor entry, and manage movement of personnel, vehicles, and deliveries.
• Respond to access-control incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, loading areas, parking areas, and perimeter and report anomalies.
• Maintain logs, incident reports, and access records with professional communication to site personnel and leadership.
