Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors and vendors at a technology, media and telecom location.
Monitor access points, verify credentials, issue visitor badges and maintain logs.
Respond to alarms and incidents calmly, escalating as needed per site procedures.
Conduct regular and random patrols of entry points and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
Document incidents and access activity accurately and communicate with site contacts.
