Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Background histories considered per applicable laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license needed for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify identification, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before permitting access.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and delivery records; communicate access concerns to site personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned access points, parking areas, and facility perimeter.
