Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and employees following site policies.
• Monitor access points and verify authorization for individuals and deliveries.
• Maintain visitor and access records; issue and collect credentials as directed.
• Respond to incidents calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and common areas to identify concerns.
