Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.

• Maintain visitor, contractor, and vehicle access records.
• Respond to incidents with calm problem-solving and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and perimeter.
