Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background checks conducted as required by law.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries per site procedures, including badge checks and access control.
• Monitor entry/exit points, observe activity, and report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents following established reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility, loading areas, and perimeter.
