Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Entry Permissions in Plant City, FL. You will safeguard clients by monitoring entry points, verifying access, and providing exceptional customer service in a chemical/petrochemical setting.

The shift includes daytime and night hours, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour, and a focus on maintaining a secure environment. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent; a Guard Card/License is preferred.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers while enforcing access-control procedures.
• Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation.
• Monitor and document entry/exit and maintain access logs.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms following emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, parking areas, and perimeter areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access-control procedures and site policies.
• Verify identification, credentials, visitor authorization, and delivery documentation before entry.
• Monitor and document entry/exit of employees, contractors, visitors, vehicles, and materials; maintain logs.
