Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security experience.
• CPR & First Aid certification required.
• Valid New York State Security Guard License.
• Authorized to legally work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug test and extensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist visitors, provide directions, and deter loitering.
• Respond to emergencies and contact emergency services when required.
• Patrol the site to maintain a secure environment.
• Write detailed incident reports and log book entries.
• Protect client and company assets from theft, assault, fire, or other safety issues.
• Collaborate with team members and work independently as needed.
