Job summary

The role requires experience with physical security systems, including access control, CCTV/NVR, and security procedures aligned with agency policies. The ideal candidate will configure, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise access control solutions, manage system health and permissions, and perform field device termination and preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience at the PG-11 level or equivalent.
• Experience configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting an enterprise access control system (JCI P2000 or equivalent).
• Experience managing system health, permissions, panels, controllers, and access databases.
• Hands-on conduit experience for security system installations.
• Experience pulling access control cables (Cat5e) to support readers and devices.
• Experience terminating and commissioning field devices (alarm points, readers, REX, controllers).
• Experience running preventive maintenance by testing alarm points.
