Job summary

CenCore Group is seeking an Access Control Officer (ACO) to protect personnel and facilities across designated security locations. You will verify credentials, monitor access control systems, and process visitors in a fast-paced, high-security environment.

Role requires TS clearance with polygraph where applicable, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or in a team. The position involves rotating shifts and physical demands as outlined in SOPs.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret clearance with Polygraph.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to read, write and understand English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control access for employees, contractors, visitors, and other authorized personnel.
• Verify badges, credentials, and access authorization before permitting entry.
• Operate physical and electronic security systems and monitor incidents in real time.
• Process visitors and issue/verify CACs and badges as required.
