Tactica Solutions LLC in Killeen, TX is seeking Part-Time Access Control Officers to provide 24/7/365 unarmed security support at INSCOM facilities. Duties include verifying personnel and equipment access, maintaining records, and responding to incidents.

Requirements include a high school diploma, CPR/AED, 2+ years with security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles, U.S. citizenship, 21+ years old, and an active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5. A CI polygraph may be required.

• U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and eligibility for SCI indoctrination.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.
• Ability to maintain clearance and required access for the life of the contract.

Responsabilidades

• Issue appropriate visitor and ESCORT REQUIRED badges and notify Government sponsors of visitor arrival.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections and validate Government-approved equipment and media authorization forms.
• Operate Government-provided security equipment, systems, databases, and Central Monitoring Stations, including Lenel.
• Maintain continuous shift logs, visitor sign-in records, and equipment accountability inventories.
• Brief oncoming personnel on significant events and immediately report life-safety incidents.

Overview

Tactica Solutions is seeking Part-Time Access Control Officers to provide 24/7/365 unarmed security support at INSCOM facilities. This role protects secure spaces by verifying personnel, equipment, and media access while maintaining accurate security records and responding to incidents.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering and exiting secure facilities.
• Conduct face-to-face identification checks and verify security clearances and SCI access in DISS or Scattered Castles.
• Issue appropriate visitor and ESCORT REQUIRED badges and notify Government sponsors of visitor arrival.
• Conduct entry/exit inspections and validate Government-approved equipment and media authorization forms.
• Operate Government-provided security equipment, systems, databases, and Central Monitoring Stations, including Lenel.
• Maintain continuous shift logs, visitor sign-in records, and equipment accountability inventories.
• Brief oncoming personnel on significant events and immediately report forced-entry attempts, medical emergencies, fire, bomb threats, or other life-safety incidents.

Requirements

Education / Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years using security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles.

Other Requirements

• U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and eligibility for SCI indoctrination.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.
• Ability to maintain clearance and required access for the life of the contract.

Preferred Qualification

• Experience supporting secure DoD or Intelligence Community facilities.
• Familiarity with Lenel/Central Monitoring Stations, visitor control, entry/exit inspections, and security incident reporting.
• Current first-aid certification.

Location: Killeen, TX

Physical Requirement Must be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping for up to 12 hours; read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; and understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions, and training materials.
