Job summary

Tactica Solutions LLC seeks Access Control Officers to provide 24/7/365 unarmed security at INSCOM facilities. You will verify personnel, equipment, and media access, maintain security records, and respond to incidents to protect secure spaces.

Responsibilities include directing access, performing ID checks, issuing badges, and reporting life-safety events. Applicants should meet DoD requirements and have relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years with security systems like DISS or Scattered Castles.

Responsibilities

• Operate Government-provided security equipment, systems, databases, and Central Monitoring Stations, including Lenel.
• Maintain continuous shift logs, visitor sign-in records, and equipment accountability inventories.
• Brief oncoming personnel on significant events and immediately report forced-entry attempts, medical emergencies, fire, bomb threats, or other life-safety incidents.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Control access of personnel, equipment, and media entering and exiting secure facilities.

Education / Certification

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) certifications.

Required Experience

• Minimum 2 years using security systems such as DISS or Scattered Castles.

Other Requirements

• U.S. citizen and at least 21 years old.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance with SSBI/Tier 5 and eligibility for SCI indoctrination.
• Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
• Willingness to complete a CI polygraph if required.
• Ability to maintain clearance and required access for the life of the contract.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting secure DoD or Intelligence Community facilities.
• Familiarity with Lenel/Central Monitoring Stations, visitor control, entry/exit inspections, and security incident reporting.
• Current first-aid certification.

Physical Requirements

Must be able to perform prolonged walking, standing, sitting, and stooping for up to 12 hours; read, write, speak, and understand English fluently; and understand and apply printed rules, detailed orders/instructions, and training materials.
