Job summary

Cymertek is seeking a meticulous Key Access Control Analyst in Tysons, VA to oversee access to critical systems and safeguard sensitive information. The role requires TS/SCI with Full Poly and U.S. citizenship.

You will manage access control systems, enforce policies, monitor sensitive data access, and respond to incidents while collaborating with other security teams to strengthen our security posture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–5 years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• Strong understanding of access control concepts and RBAC.
• Experience with IAM platforms, authentication protocols, and directory services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain access control systems.
• Ensure compliance with access control policies and standards.
• Monitor and audit access to sensitive systems and data.
• Respond to access-related security incidents.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC) strategies.
• Collaborate with teams to address access control requests.
