Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required per Allied Universal policy.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Subject to background check per federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, contractors, and visitors by following security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Control access to the location by verifying credentials and maintaining entry records.
• Monitor entry points, alarms, cameras, and systems; report irregular activity as per procedures.
• Respond calmly to incidents, coordinating with site personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, buildings, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity.
