Job summary

In-Telecom Consulting, LLC seeks an Access Control & Security Project Manager in Louisiana to plan, execute, and close Access Control, CCTV, and related physical security projects for new and existing clients.

You will collaborate with AC&S technicians, installers, subcontractors, vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure deliverables stay within scope, budget, and timeline, while maintaining documentation and closeout requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project management or related roles.
• Strong budgeting and cost-tracking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ConnectWise Manage or PSA platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and budget.
• Coordinate scheduling of technicians, installers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Monitor progress, risks, and changes; implement mitigation strategies.
• Maintain project documentation, tickets, and closeout information.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met.
