Job summary

Vista Innovative Solutions, LLC (VIS) seeks an Access Control Specialist to support USAMRICD at Aberdeen Proving Ground. You will create and issue badges, maintain accountability for credentials, and operate security software and key systems to protect personnel and facilities.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen, able to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance, have a high school diploma or GED, and at least 7 years of relevant experience. A restricted mobile device environment applies.

• Must be able to obtain/maintain SECRET clearance.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Restricted mobile communications zone at work location.

Responsibilities

• Create and issue badges for new employees and visitors; reissue as needed.
• Input/update computer-based and paper systems to track badges and credentials.
• Inventory and manage controlled badges and credentials per Army regs and local procedures.
• Operate security software daily; issue and update access levels; troubleshoot badge issues.
• Manage security key system: programming, issuing keys/fobs, and updates.
• Assist the key control officer with key inventories and logs.
