Qualifications

  • Masters degree in a relevant field required.
  • Provisionally licensed or must obtain within 6 months.
  • Valid Texas Driver's License needed.

The Access Clinician (QMHP) will provide therapeutic mental health services to adults, children, youth and families throughout BTCS catchment area, including, but not limited to: intake and linkage to ongoing outpatient services, hospital discharge follow up services, transitional services, and crisis prevention/intervention when necessary. The services provided will be in accordance with best-practice standards, evidence-based interventions, and individualized recovery planning. Services will be provided in BTCS facilities/offices and/or may be provided in vivo or via Tele-Video, as appropriate and approved by the Access Intake Service Manager Supervisor.

This position requires a flexible workday and an ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Location: All locations with potential for remote work

Hourly Salary Range: **$25.23 - $34.48**

$1 Wilco Crisis Diff

Up to $4.00/hour, tenure with BTCS

$0.75/hr Bilingual

Up to $2.00/hour, previous community center experience in a similar position

$1.00/hour, advanced licensure

  • 50/hour, LCDC

Minimum Qualifications

Must possess a masters degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling or a related field from an accredited college or university; must be provisionally licensed as an LPC Associate, LMSW, or LMFT Associate, or become provisionally licensed within 6 months of the start date.

Must meet qualifications of a Qualified Mental Health Professional after initial training.

Must have a valid Texas Driver's License, meet Bluebonnet Trails Community Services driving requirements, and maintain approved driving status throughout employment.

Preferred Qualifications

Bilingual Preferred.

Two years working with individuals with severe mental illness. Experience working across the lifespan. Experience working with individuals, groups and families preferred.

Licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.
