  • Prepare families for successful visits by sharing directions, requirements, and next steps.
  • Keep teams informed through clear documentation, work queue review, and timely follow-through.
  • Support daily access operations, including staff messages, cancelled clinic requests, and appointment accuracy.
  • Partner professionally with clinics, physicians, managers, and internal departments.
  • Protect confidentiality while living Nemours mission, values, policies, and service standards.

At Nemours, every call is a chance to make care easier for a child, a family, or a provider. We are seeking a Full-Time Access Center Specialist II to join our Orlando, Florida team in a hybrid role focused on connection, accuracy, and compassionate service.

This role serves as a trusted guide for patients, families, providers, and internal teams - scheduling specialty appointments, verifying insurance and registration details, explaining financial responsibilities, and helping ensure each care journey starts smoothly and confidently.

This is a hybrid role.

What You'll Do
