Job summary

UVA Health is seeking an Access Associate Senior to ensure seamless patient entry into care across our academic medical system. The role may be hybrid after six months, with a starting base rate of $19.50/hour and a $3,500 sign-on bonus requiring a two-year commitment to UVA Health.

As an Access Associate Senior at UVA Health, you play a critical role in ensuring patients receive seamless, compassionate entry into care across a complex and high-performing academic medical system.The Access Associate Senior role may be available to be hybrid work-from-home after 6 months.

The Role

In this high-impact position, you will serve as a trusted access expert across multiple clinical settings, supporting patient intake, registration, scheduling, and financial clearance functions. On any given day, you may:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School Diploma required Associates degree preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The pay range for this role is $19.50 - $29.55 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
