RESPONSIBLITIES

• Customer Service. Manage incoming calls while providing necessary information; greeting patients providing direction as needed and scheduling patient appointments
• Registration & Verification. Complete the registration process for patients as defined by departmental policy; verify insurance eligibility/coverage and obtain necessary precertification/authorization when applicable
• Billing & Payments. Collect and process payments when applicable

PAY RANGE: $17.85 - $20.00 CITY: Rochester POSTAL CODE: 14618 The posted pay range is a good faith representation of potential base pay for this position. It may be modified in the future and eligible for additional pay components. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates could vary based on position details and FTE. Pay is determined by considering factors including, but not limited to, experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, locations, and contracts.
