Pay Range: $16-$20+ per hour for a Sales Agent.

Our compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped monthly commissions, renewal commissions, and monthly bonuses.

What You Will Do

As an Insurance Sales Agent, your primary responsibility is selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers.

• Solicit new business and maintain current levels to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Build relationships with existing customers to expand business.
• Accurately handle currency transactions and timely deposit of funds with documentation.
• Quickly connect with clients, educate, and advise on suitable products.

The Perfect Match

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (not required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Experience in sales or customer service
• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking abilities
