Job summary

Accenture is seeking an HR Records Clerk to manage employee files, ensure accuracy and compliance, and support HR operations in the US. You will handle onboarding, inquiries, and routine lifecycle transactions while maintaining a strong focus on privacy and service quality.

You will contribute to HR reporting, audits, and program administration, partnering with HR teams to ensure smooth, compliant processes across departments and locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or HR certification.
• 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources.
• 1+ years of experience in recruiting technical/engineering positions preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and personnel files, ensuring accuracy and organization.

• Process new hire paperwork and conduct orientation.
• Track and follow up on training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments.

THE WORK

• You’ll aintaimn employee records and personnel files, ensuring documents are accurate, complete, and properly organized
• You’ll ensure employee electronic files are accurate and updated, and assist with HR reporting and audit requests
• You’ll be collecting, reviewing and processing new hire paperwork and conducting new hire orientation.
• You’ll help track and follow up on compliance items such as training completions, certifications, and policy acknowledgments
• You’ll process employee lifecycle transactions including new hires, rehires, promotions, transfers, organizational changes, compensation updates, status changes & separations
• You’ll review transactions for completeness and accuracy before processing.
• You’ll respond to employee inquiries, questions and concerns
• You’ll escape complex policy or system issues to appropriate HR or HRIS resources.
• You’ll provide excellent customer service to all employees.
• You’ll assist with the administration of HR programs projects and assigned activities.
• You’ll be creating and maintaining employee files to ensure legal compliance.

$26 - $29 an hour

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED
