Job description

Your Mission

You've Never Been Satisfied with \"Good Enough.\"

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Why This Role Matters

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

    complex, multi-program capital portfolios.
  • Manage and oversee system integrators, PMIS vendors, and consultants, including responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, risk management, issue resolution, and phased system rollouts, enhancements, and upgrades in regulated public sector environments.
  • Standardize project controls processes, data structures, and reporting frameworks across agency portfolios through PMIS implementations; drive automation of manual processes and lead change management, training coordination, and user adoption initiatives.
  • Ensure PMIS data integrity, system integrations, governance, security, auditability, and compliance with public sector regulations, internal controls, funding requirements, and capital delivery governance standards, while enabling executive dashboards and enterprise-level reporting.
  • Onsite: Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
