• Logistics: Analyze transportation, distribution flows, and network support to improve service and cost.
• Corporate Procurement: Develop category strategies, build supplier relationships, and manage costs for value creation.
• Operational Development: Build lean production, process improvement, planning and execution capabilities.
• Planning & Supervision: Develop expertise in SIOP, production supervision, productivity tracking, and manufacturing engineering.

This is a full-time accelerated development program at Trane Technologies, located rotationally on-site across various manufacturing plants in the United States. Participants will build a strong foundation in supply chain and operations, addressing world challenges with impactful possibilities for a better future.

• Pay: $72500 yearly

What You’ll Actually Do

• Materials: Optimize production planning, manage inventory, and support logistics using planning systems.


• Associate Procurement Program Management (APPM): Execute sourcing strategies, coordinate effectively with suppliers, and support cross-functional projects in procurement.


• Logistics: Analyze transportation, distribution flows, and network support to improve service, cost, and delivery performance.


• Corporate Procurement: Develop category strategies, build supplier relationships, negotiate agreements, and manage costs for value creation across key spend areas.


• Operational Development: Build capabilities in lean production, process improvement, planning and execution, and apply problem-solving techniques within manufacturing.


• Planning & Supervision: Grow expertise in Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning (SIOP), production line supervision, productivity tracking, and manufacturing engineering.

The Must-Haves

• Background: Entry-Level, with a BS/BA in any Engineering discipline, Business with Supply Chain emphasis, or Supply Chain, holding an overall GPA of 3.0 or above, completed prior to the ADP start date.


• Experience: Minimum of one degree-related internship or six months of related work experience, coupled with demonstrated leadership skills through at least two examples such as a school club officer, sports team captain, or exceptional leadership of work projects.


• Skills: Proficient in problem-solving to identify underlying causes of complex operational issues, skilled in strategically evaluating alternative options and making informed decisions, works effectively with others in a positive environment, and demonstrates adaptability to changing business circumstances and a proactive approach to continuous learning.


• Bonus: Must remain geographically flexible both during and after program completion, and be a U.S. citizen or possess the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
