Nemak USA invites recent engineering graduates to join Accelerate USA, a fast-track program to develop high-potential engineers through real-world projects in manufacturing operations. Participants join as full-time Nemak employees and rotate through AME, Process Engineering, and Controls, gaining exposure to operational environments.

Locations include Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Tennessee. Start date July 2027.

Accelerate is a fast-track program designed to develop high-potential engineering graduates through real-world, high-impact projects, accelerating their readiness for key roles in manufacturing operations.

Accelerate participants join as full-time Nemak employees for a 12-month development program. Upon completion, high-performing participants may be considered for permanent Nemak opportunities based on individual performance, business needs, and role availability.
