Nemak is launching Accelerate USA, a fast-track program designed to develop high-potential engineering graduates through real-world, high-impact projects in manufacturing operations.

As a 12-month development program, participants join as full-time Nemak employees and may be considered for permanent opportunities based on performance and business needs.

Locations include Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Tennessee, with a July 2027 start date.

Accelerate participants join as full-time Nemak employees for a 12-month development program. Upon completion, high-performing participants may be considered for permanent Nemak opportunities based on individual performance, business needs, and role availability.
