Job summary

Coweta County's Community Development is seeking a Development Support Analyst in Newnan, GA. This full-time role supports Accela-based systems, prepares RFPs and SOPs, generates reports, and assists with department budgeting.

The position emphasizes technical admin tasks, data analysis, and excellent service to internal customers and external agencies. Valid driver's license and favorable background required.

Qualifications

• Associates/Technical degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience in server administration, application/systems administration, helpdesk or desktop technical support.
• Experience with Accela-based projects planning and implementation is preferred.
• Ability to prepare reports and standard operating procedures for the County.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the planning and implementation of Accela projects for the County.
• Prepares requests for proposals, bid proposals and standard operating procedures for the County's Accela related technology.
• Prepares reports as requested for the County.
• Assist with department budget planning and preparation in conjunction with County policy.
• Prepares and maintains files and records for the department.
• Provides support to Development Review Division.
• Encourages and promotes a culture of excellent service.
