Job Description

• Facilitate and support learners' progress to deliver a personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcomes.
• Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
• Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curricula, and training programs as applicable.
• Adapt and thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Communicate with credibility and integrity to ensure effective information flow both upward and downward.
• Identify, examine, and assess training needs.
• Plan, design, and conduct meetings and presentations on learning materials when necessary.
• Create engaging, interactive multimedia presentations.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Willing to travel as required.
