• Facilitate and support learners' progress to deliver a personalized blended learning experience and achieve desired skill outcomes.
• Evaluate and grade learners' project reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Mentor learners during support, project, and assessment sessions.
• Develop, validate, and implement learning content, curricula, and training programs when applicable.
• Thrive in an ambiguous, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
• Maintain credibility and integrity in communication to ensure effective information flow both upward and downward.
• Identify, examine, and assess training needs.
• Plan, design, hold meetings, and deliver presentations on learning materials as necessary.
• Create creative, interactive, multimedia presentations.
• Maintain accurate training records.
• Willing to travel.
