Responsibilities

Underlying Infrastructure and Architecture Development : Design, develop, deploy, and maintain E&MSS platform-specific digital infrastructure. This includes developing custom packages, software libraries, code blocks, databases schemas, data pipelines, and automated testing features. Ensure all technical assets deliver generalized, Government-Off-The-Shelf (GOTS) features that maximize scalability, reusability, and adhere to modern software development principles.

Technical Documentation and Reference Management : Draft, update, and manage comprehensive technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and reference material. Document all custom-built features, integrations, and solutions to ensure a clear, professional knowledge repository.

Technical Training Development and Execution : Design, update, and deliver comprehensive E&MSS training curricula. This includes advanced platform training for development teams as well as foundational and solution-specific training to maximize adoption and utilization of delivered capabilities.

Requirements

Schedule

Core hours are from 0800-1700 M-F - you can work with your customer leadership to set hours

You can flex time during the 2 week pay cycle - avoid using PTO for appointments

A compressed work schedule may be available at the discretion of work center leadership (i.e. 4/10 or 9/80)
