Universal Technical Resource Services, Inc. (UTRS) is seeking a Fighter MFOQA Analyst to join our team! This remote position, Fighter Military Flight Operations Quality Assurance (MFOQA) Flight Data Analyst, works with the Air Combat Command (ACC) MFOQA Program Manager to monitor and manage safety hazards and trends across the ACC Fighter MFOQA fleet (F-16, F15 variants). The role involves analyzing flight data using advanced visualization software to enhance flight safety.

Responsibilities include:
  • Analyzing flight data to identify hazards and trends, verifying aircraft-specific data, and generating reports.
  • Supporting the ACC MFOQA Program Manager and the Aviation Safety Action Program (ASAP).
  • Developing processes for data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting to identify operational hazards.
  • Understanding fighter operational environments, missions, and maneuvers.
  • Collaborating with analysis teams, ACC staff, and units to share findings and implement corrective actions.
  • Developing safety articles, briefings, and training materials for stakeholders.
  • Assisting in long-term funding planning and participating in safety meetings and reviews.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • 10+ years of flight experience as a tanker or airlift pilot.
  • Experience with aviation safety programs like MFOQA, ASAP, LOSA.
  • Knowledge of military aviation operations, safety regulations, and risk management.
  • U.S. Citizenship required; travel approximately once every 3 months.
