Job summary

Action Behavior Centers in Round Rock, TX is seeking a BCBA clinician to lead and mentor teams delivering ABA therapy to children. You will develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.

The role offers growth through mentorship, ongoing CEUs, and opportunities for leadership within a supportive, play-focused environment. Hybrid work with remote days is available.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification/licensure is required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and guiding clinical staff.
• Ability to collaborate with families to set goals and track progress.
• Commitment to evidence-based ABA practice.

Total Compensation Package from $84,000 to $119,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT’s and supervision of assigned trainees.

Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.

• BCBA’s become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

Monthly Performance Bonuses

Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you’ll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify.

Sign-On Bonuses

available up to $10,000 based on start date and business need.

Mentorship Bonuses

Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master’s in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact!

Certification Bonuses

Remote, Work from Home Days: 3 days per month

Schedule

Monday - Friday: 11:00AM - 6:30PM

Saturday: 9:00AM -12:00PM (Based upon patient attendance)

Almost 30 days off in Year One: Including holidays, PTO, CEU days, and flex days-no guilt, just rest.

Continuing Education

A minimum of 10+ free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
