Qualifications

• Must be comfortable working with children of all age groups.
• Must have experience working with children.
• All staff must pass a rigorous background check.
• The vast majority of positions require your own transport.
• Must have work authorization to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Coaching daily/weekly sessions to players of a variety of ages (2-16 years old).
• Keeping track of your hours & sessions in logbooks.
• Using Challenger software to provide online session plans.
• Communicating to all parents/players within our registration programs.
• Following your schedule & being adaptable for any changes based on inclement weather.
