This part-time role is ideal for a student seeking hands-on operational experience in a nonprofit setting, or someone with administrative experience looking to give back through volunteer work.**What you'll do*** Create and manage the Foundations program website and learning portal* Support instructors with course pacing and curriculum tracking* Maintain gradebooks and progress report documentation for each student* Manage instructor communication around scheduling and availability* Ideate and initiate student socials to foster community building* Host regular office hours to address student questions and concerns* Manage and respond to email inquiries**Qualifications*** Basic familiarity with learning portals with a willingness to learn new platforms* Strong written and verbal communication skills* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively* Passion for education and nonprofit work**Benefits**As an unpaid role, this position offers meaningful value for the right candidate.
